This is a premier replacement position within a well-established group, allowing you to inherit an active patient panel, manage a centralized facility, and collaborate with a robust primary care referral base from day one. Job Description & Scope of Role

As an Employed Orthopedic Surgeon at Parkview LaGrange, you will deliver high-quality inpatient and outpatient musculoskeletal care to a diverse patient population in Northeast Indiana. Supported by the extensive medical infrastructure of Parkview Health and the specialized expertise of ONE physicians, you will manage a highly efficient clinic focused on clinical excellence.

  • Clinical Structure: 36 patient contact hours per week.
  • Practice Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Promoting excellent work-life balance).
  • Patient Volume: Anticipated workflow of approximately 30 patients per day.
  • Mid-Level Collaboration: Oversee and collaborate with one (1) experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to streamline care and extend clinical reach.
  • Turnkey Practice Infrastructure: All ancillary services are fully centralized within the clinic and hospital layout, optimizing surgical and diagnostic throughput.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency program. (Fellowship training in Spine or General Orthopedics is welcome, though the core practice focuses on general orthopedic capabilities).
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) or the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery (AOBOS).
  • Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Indiana and a valid DEA registration.
