Job Summary
Ortho Northeast (ONE), the region’s premier orthopedic specialty group for over 60 years, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible, Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Surgeon to join our established practice in LaGrange, IN. This is a rare opportunity to step into a turnkey role with a high-performance culture, taking over an existing patient base from a departing physician.
As a surgeon with Ortho Northeast, you will benefit from the stability of a large, 24-surgeon multispecialty group while enjoying the autonomy of a dedicated community location. This is a full-time inpatient and outpatient role designed for a surgeon who values efficiency, clinical excellence, and leadership.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Clinical Volume: 40 patient contact hours per week; expected volume of 30 patients per day.
- Infrastructure: Primary office in LaGrange with all ancillary services centralized on-site for both clinic and hospital.
- Referral Base: Robust, built-in referral network from local Primary Care providers and specialists.
- Support: Oversight of one mid-level Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to maximize your surgical throughput.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program.
- Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a sub-specialty Fellowship.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE).
- Active Indiana Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Open to experienced surgeons or current fellows finishing training.
