Schedule

  • Consistent surgical schedule with approximately 5-8 sports medicine cases each week
  • Operate in both the physician-owned ASC and hospital based on case complexity

Compensation & Benefits

  • Approximately $750,000 in first-year earnings
  • Partnership track after Year 1 with realistic earning potential of $1.2M+ annually

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training or experience in Sports Medicine
  • Comfortable performing arthroscopic shoulder, knee, and hip procedures, including ACL reconstruction and labral repairs
  • Interested in joining a physician-led private practice with a long-term ownership mindset
